Use of this site includes accessing and browsing our site or services. Philip Askew provides access to the website, (www.philgrafic.com) and sell selected products to you subject to the conditions set out below. Please read these conditions carefully before using the philgrafic website. By using this website, you signify your agreement to these conditions.
You understand that you, and not Philip Askew, are responsible for all electronic communications and information sent from your computer to us and you must use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not use the website in any way that may be deemed fraudulent or be unlawful in any other way. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand our policy.
Intellectual Property Rights; Authorised & Unauthorised Use of Images & Content
All images and text contained on this website remain the property of Philip Askew Photography and is protected by United Kingdom and international copyright laws. Content may not be downloaded, reproduced, copied, projected, or used in any way without express written permission. Various tracking systems may be in place at any time to identify unauthorised use. Unauthorised users agree that they will be liable for a standard £100.00 administration charge per image, plus an appropriate reproduction fee, at the sole discretion of Philip Askew Photography.
Website Orders & Payments
When you place an order on our website, we will e-mail you to acknowledge receipt of your order and payment.
Payment Methods
All payments on this website are processed via PayPal. Bank transfer or bank cheque can also be accepted as a method of payment. Please contact us if you would like to pay using this method.
Returns Policy
We aim for total satisfaction with regard to the quality of our prints and the efficiency of orders placed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order then please contact us to describe the problem and return the item in as-new condition within 7 days of receipt. Upon receipt and after inspection for any imperfections you will be offered a choice of either a replacement, or a full refund.
Workshops - Booking & Payment
To confirm a workshop booking you are required to pay a non-refundable deposit. We will email you to acknowledge your order and payment. An invoice will be sent to request the balance up to 30 days before the workshop commencement date.
Cancellation of Booking
If you wish to cancel a workshop booking you must advise us in writing at least 30 days before the workshop commencement date. For cancellations made within this time you will be refunded the workshop fee, less the deposit. For cancellations made less than 30 days before the workshop commencement date you will be liable for the full workshop fee.
Changes to Workshops
We reserve the right to make changes to the workshop content. If cancellation is due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. fire, flood, industrial disputes, bereavement, etc.) we may give less than 30 days notice. Should this unlikely event occur, we will contact you to advise you of the workshop change. You have the option of accepting or rejecting the change. If you choose to reject, we will offer you a full refund of your payment (including deposit) for the workshop. You have the option to transfer any payments already made for a future workshop with Philip Askew.
Workshop Cancellations by Philip Askew Photography
We reserve the right to cancel any workshop and should this happen, we will contact you as soon as is reasonably possible. Upon cancellation, we will offer you a full refund of your payment (including deposit) for the workshop.
Risk
All 1-2-1 workshop clients participate at their own risk and Philip Askew photography accepts no responsibility for injury or damage done to their persons or property. It is recommended that applicants hold their own personal Public Liability Insurance.
Applicable Law
All Contracts made between Philip Askew Photography and you shall be governed by the laws of England. You accept that the total liability to you on any matter whatsoever relating to the Contract or on any consequential loss relating to the Contract cannot exceed the total Contract price. Any dispute arising from the Contract must be confirmed by you in writing within 30 days. In the first instance you agree that you and we shall try to reach an amicable settlement via agreement or mediation; if these fail the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
